It's very simple reread your post you know the right answer. The whole bankruptcy threat has been cleverly orchestrated by mgt just wait, watch and you will see.
Oh I'm very well aware of that. The only time I think we will file for bankruptcy is if we lose the court case with DL - which by the way is NOT scheduled yet. It's in the process of being scheduled, and we'll probably know more in the early part of 2009.
