I would have posted sooner, but I was trying to get through the amazing amount of emails sent by management. I felt I owed it to myself. Unfortunately none of this information is new! I'm not sure how many times we can all read about the "merged seniority list" and the Q400. Is this the best they could do? How about a new arguement? How about some specifics- please tell us what we can expect from management in 2009, beyond? There has not been an email so far with any promises to the pilots! It starts at the top, which has done nothing impressive yet! They have proven you do not need to actually be good at your job to work in Manassas, especially if your last name starts with a C. Nothing will change without new faces in the positions that so effect us, the pilots. Representation is your protection! I ask you to reread the first post of this thread and the other quality posts after reading the anti-union messages from those who have shown they are not ready to make the changes that would benefit you!
