I'm familiar with heavies from the Air Force too! I live next to Little Rock AFB - with the biggest fleet of C-130's in the world. Those monsters rock my house and school (well, the whole town) everyday. Still, I don't have any interest in the Air Force. I realize that you can log a lot of time for free but I'm just not interest in joining the military. I've always been obsessed with airliners. Also money is - THANKFULLY - not a problem. I'm interested in instructing and wouldn't mind doing that for a few years (or however long it takes) in order to impress airlines.
