How about some specifics- please tell us what we can expect from management in 2009, beyond? There has not been an email so far with any promises to the pilots! It starts at the top, which has done nothing impressive yet! They have proven you do not need to actually be good at your job to work in Manassas, especially if your last name starts with a C. Nothing will change without new faces in the positions that so effect us, the pilots. Representation is your protection! I ask you to reread the first post of this thread and the other quality posts after reading the anti-union messages from those who have shown they are not ready to make the changes that would benefit you!
I don't even bother reading the emails anymore from Buddy/Harry/etc. I just don't care. They are going to tell you anything they can to make it sound like it's a bad idea to vote in a union. But, it would certainly be nice if they came up with a new argument other than the same old "The Pinnacle pilots want your flying!". I could understand how that might be a valid argument if we were actually getting flight time with the lines the way they are

I have absolutely no problem with getting on Dispatch/Scheduling's good side. If you need help every once in a while it never hurts to make some friends were that help can be obtained. There's nothing wrong with working the system every now and then.
