much the same, and just like people got mad at boeing for calling it their own design, the Chinese are doing the same thing....Guess you could say we caused it ourselves though, had McDonald Douglas not tried to export manufacturing to China, it probably wouldn't have happened that way anyway.

I can only think of how the "performance" would be, with underpowered engines on a DC9 body....sounds SLOW.
