Is PIC time in a single engine complex aircraft (ex. Piper Arrow, C182RG) looked at with any significance by any possible future employers? I'm asking b/c I'm in the process of getting my inst. and comm. ratings and would like to know if it's worth spending the extra cash at the FBO to build time in a complex airplane. Or better yet, should I get IFR rated and then get ME rated and build time toward my commercial in a twin? Would that ME time be seen as valuable given that it's PIC time?
