I know we just hired two fairly large (about 20 each) new hire classes for the Saab. I honestly don't know how we're able to hire so many pilots right now with the Beech being phased out and those pilots having to come over to the Saab as well ... as far as I know we aren't getting any more of those Saabypoos. Sure, we have attrition right now like everyone, but we're not expanding ... unless I really missed something recently.

fjetter - As far as 121 experience goes ... well every airline values that without question. Colgan weighs heavily on that, internal recommendations, times, previous flying experience, attitude (although as long as you can fake it pretty well you can still get hired if you're an a$$), and personality.
