As long as APA has a say in it, it will never happen. As long as we're part of AMR, it will never happen. They won't give up an inch on that scope clause. APA has many policies that are very unfavorable towards Eagle...and I don't see that changing. Our contract being up in 2012 certainly won't change APA's stance...and it will take years to renegotiate as well.

If you see any new ATRs or Q400s, expect that they will have some seats removed and be called "Super ATR" or "Super Q400" or along those lines. Don't believe me? Look at the "Super ATR" we fly now that has had seats removed so it would be 'scope-able'.
