Nope, it's average seating of 50... the 135's and 140's with less seats let them run the 70 seat CRJ's. Something I don't think anybody has looked at is that with Eagle claiming to be parking several 135's... what will that do to the average seat count? It should go up... might be interesting to see if by parking the 135's they go over the average 50 seat limit.

We don't want them. We already have 70 seat jets so the 170 doesn't do anything for us.... and the 190 belongs on mainline, with better pay, work rules and quality of life. When the regional planes get big enough to cover mainline routes.... mainline companies outsource the flying al la Midwest. Good jobs gone, replaced by crappy regional rates and rules. Helping the race to the bottom is not something the vast majority of Eagle pilots would want...

parking 10 135's is NOT most of the smaller ERJ's... it is slightly less than than one third... and since the 10 ERJ 145's that were leased to TSA are comming back, there is no net loss of jet aircraft. Well, actually, TSA cracked one up.... so only nine will come back.... net loss one plane.
