Ya know....the title of this thread is ALPA vs Spirit, that being said, today Dec. 5th the post hearing brief for the 4 day off violation is due. Nobody seems to really care, I haven't heard any talk about it. Wasn't that one of the violations to the contract that people were the most ****ed off about? Anyone with info please advise.
