no, in this case, a carrier that no one wants to go to exists. its not like there's a shortage of pilots out there.

basically, if he can rationalize going to gojet (or you can rationalize for him), fine, but anyone who goes there has to do one of two things: either have no idea about the industry, or rationalize why his "career development" is more important than the many reasons not to go there.

you also gotta think that if he's got 1500 hrs, any more SIC is kinda worthless. He's not gonna get any PIC there anytime soon. If he's looking to go to a better job...GoJet isn't it.
