Abu Dhabi is currently being staffed by existing XOJET U.S. based pilots. The company is still working on securing an AOC. Once the certificate is in place, there should be opportunities over there.

There is a 25 percent override for the guys currently going over there, but it is a temporary policy and the package is still yet to be defined going forward. We'll keep everyone posted as things firm up.
