I did some of my initial Training at Flight Gest... Well... I did some training there when the flight school was still part of southern jet, wich somewhere along the line begame Flight Gest, the first instructor I ever had there was brilliant. The place has gone severely down hill since then. The instruction I got after the first instructor left was marginal at best, of course I didn't realize this at the time, but looking back at it now, I spent a lot of time and money there I could have saved myself. I have gone back several times over the years to rent, since I now live out of town and thats the only place I knew. I have been more disappointed each time I go. My recommendation... go somewhere else. TTA (Sanford-Lee) is a little out of the way but an excellent GA airport to learn to fly at.
