He's simply stating the fact that because their not going to furlough, people will have jobs this holiday, that's it. It's just filler. Why would Mesa announce furloughs over three months ago, say the furloughs were going to happen in October, sit on them for three months delaying and delaying them and then cancel them after all of that, just to reinstate them two weeks later? Open your eyes.
If that is the case then those 15 pilots should get called back because they are part of that 150 and according to you the memo states they are not furloughing any pilots. They started the furlough process back in October and realized most of the pilots at the bottom the list were Dash pilots. They furloughed as many as they could which was 15 and two new hire CRJ ground schools. They then annouced the Displacement to move pilots from the CRJ. Then didn't account for end of the year time outs, so they had to delay the whole process. All they are trying to do right now is look like the good guys. Trying to get moral up for this new contract which with PBS I hear my result in more furloughs. Mesa loves to run this airline at bare bones minimum pilots. They won't run FAT on pilots to long. Let's see what January brings.
