All they are trying to do right now is look like the good guys. Trying to get moral up for this new contract which with PBS I hear my result in more furloughs. Mesa loves to run this airline at bare bones minimum pilots. They won't run FAT on pilots to long. Let's see what January brings.
Right... because Mesa is afraid to look like the bad guys by keeping more staff than necessary. Companies teetering on the edge of bankruptcy just like to keep the payroll bigger than they have to out of fear of looking bad. Get real....
The furloughs were cancelled because the displacements in equipment would cost more than keeping the pilots on the payroll.
