One of my Captains last week was a flex and shocked sceduling when he PDO bumped for training. He was told "Don't you know we're drafting, why are you bumping a trip?". Didn't mean to single out Flex guys specifically. a few line guys are guilty too. Because of their (Flex and LCA's) dual qual.they can get called twice as much for those cherry draft trips.
The bulk of the Flex guys do Block their calenders though. There is really only one reason to block your calender. At least only one good reason.........Not
