As long as the individual is not raising their BLG above a normal monthly BLG, I would rather the individual inflict a little more pain on the company by making up sub or CIC at 150% instead of 100%.
That's a great point. If I have to drop 3 trips for family reasons, and I can make them up in 2 trips at draft or volunteer, who does that hurt? I have made up my BLG, spent more time with my family, and made the company pay me time and a half for the trips.
