As for me.
I don't protect carry over.
I have close to 450 hours in my M/U bank.
I use all my vacation and then some.
My thoughts on this may change when I see a ratified TA.
Remember to the company it ain't about the money. Having to pay 150% doesn't punish them. Leaving Freight on the ramp does and having to pay for the loss of delivery/ mis delivery does.
So in this logic we should all drop all of our trips and not make anything up no matter what. Are advocating now that if we have to drop a trip we don't make it up for any reason?
