Since the above decision was rendered, has ALPA done anything to support your allegations that GoJet is an alter ego? I can tell you for a fact that ALPA is telling furloughees to apply at GoJet.

So... there's a legal decision by the courts, there's ALPA telling members it's OK to go there. It sucks that you were furloughed while another company under your holding company is hiring, but hey... isn't GoJet offering TSA furloughs preferential hiring?
