So your saying if your 300hr SIC for a 135 outfit and its your leg to fly with passengers you can log PIC??? That doesnt make sense because even VFR 135 captains have minimum requirements before they can even become PIC's let alone flying IFR. I would check with your Chief before logging PIC as an SIC with a 135 outfit.

Nothing will look worse in your logbook than logging a bunch of PIC time when 1.) Your 8410, 297 and 293 are for the SIC checkout and 2.) Your logging legs as PIC with passengers and not meeting the minimum requirements to be a PIC whether it be VFR 500tt or IFR 1200tt. Dont be foolish..
