Don't waste your time with Pinnacle. I came away with the same impression as some of you other guys. The pilots who did the interviewing were pompous asses. If I were them, I wouldn't be so full of myself if I was 50 and still flying a CRJ. From my dealings with the company, the term clusterf*ck comes to mind. The HR department is a mess and the training department isn't much better. But if you really want to appreciate how good a regional airline can be, go to Pinnacle for a year and then move laterally. You will feel like you won the lottery.
