This is kind of screwed up. If you read the example of Amn Smith you will see that the rules here are really screwed up and not fair at all. The points only count for the fiscal year. If I go on orders for 90 days starting Sep 1 I get nothing because I only did 31 days in 2008 and 59 days in 2009. Who is the pencil-dick who thought this rule up? This is beginning to look just like the "new" GI bill. So full of loopholes so that only a few can take advantage of it. Our unit only cuts "voluntary" activation orders on dates that correspond with each quarter in the fiscal year so nobody will get screwed by this but I could imagine not everyone has this opportunity.
