I would agree, and the new Delta already has a lot of different aircraft types in it's fleet to begin with. I would think that right now management is probably looking at the most efficient way to consolidate the fleet into fewer aircraft types in the years ahead. There's alot of options as to placing the "right" aircraft size on the right routes, but training costs and day to day efficiency will probably suffer in the long run.
