I think the service fee was only at the hotels, but I am not sure. I always left 10% above just to be safe.

Out of the 8 that where supposed to interview 6 showed up, 5 made it past the interview and 3 passed the sim eval. If you get an interview you need to prepare for this one as it is not an easy process...
