Here is the scenario we are investigating: we would like to have a CFII come and train two pilots in Sturgeon Bay WI. One of us is CFI and the other recent private pilot. We need a II and a IFR rating. We own a IFR 1969 Arrow and would offer an all expense paid trip to beautiful, cold Sturgeon Bay WI .
