There are going to be three interns and we'll probably all live together. I think were probably looking in the price range fo $800-$1100. I do have a car, but don't want much more than a 30 minute drive.
If you're not too dependent on some night life, and our looking for safety and security, go west not east. The Peachtree City area is essentially where most of the Delta families live. Its safe, no crime, and reasonably affordable. If you live toward the north end of Peachtree City you're looking at about a 30 minute drive. If you go east toward and into the city, prices and crime rise exponentially. Another option would be to go north of 285, but thats a longer commute with traffic. If you're looking for nightlife, the Buckhead area is the place to be. But there's crime there as well. I lived in PTC for 5 years when I was ATL-based and I liked the town. But its vanilla, no frills.
