Congrats and thanks to everyone that supported the Colgan Pilots. 313/449, 70% shows management the seriousness of the pilot group. Strength in numbers!

From what I understand, neither the pilots nor management can make changes during the period from after certification to a contract. No new policies can be setforth from management's side and the pilots can't organize a strike/sick out. It must remain the same, there can be no "punishment."
