Wow my fellow vet...9 years including an overseas tour. Have you faced the enemy? That being said....can anyone who knew this individual state that he was a US Citizen? That would put it in a different light. If he was a citizen and not just a legal alien (and yes we do have those types flying our airliners) than he should have due process...no doubt about it. Anyone out there to shed light on his citizenship?......Ripper
