I am sorry to hear about your experience with the crew. Most of the men and women at Northwest are usually very supportive of new aviators. In fact, most love to mentor new pilots. Maybe this guy was a bad egg, bad day …or both.

Is it possible that you approached him in a way that put him/her on the defensive?
