The pilots there are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Today is not the right time for the pilots to strike. That can come and bite them in the butt because Delta is just looking for reasons to terminate contracts. So they just have no choice but to take the crappy pay till a TA can be agreed on. Things are even worst for them in many ways now that they are a DCI only airline too. I'd say go easy on those guys, they know they are underpaid. I talk to a few of them every few weeks. Their average lines are down to 44hrs too, at least they still get their 75hr pay. At least they haven't signed a stupid contract in a panic like.... you know who. These guys are still standing their ground how ever soft it is.
