They dont tell you your schedule until the night before. So like for example I was out one Monday night around 8 pm, called this 1-800 number to find out I had o be at work at 4 am. That in my view is not professional. This is not my first job. I have been a police officer, school teacher and other jobs. But this is soooo unprofessional its crazy. I am way too old for this kind of unprofessionalism.
Anyway, this has really made me wonder what I invested in and I really want to go back into law enforcement. i dont want to say too much more cause the powers that be may be monitoring this site.

My trip has been changed twice in the time I've been reading this thread. Were you expecting a hard schedule? It sounds to me like a typical entry level 135 job. If the planes are safe and they aren't pushing you to do anything illegal I would suck it up until something better came along. With a little caravan experience you might be competitive for some of the Fed Ex feeders.
