Nobody is asking anybody to sacrifice pay -- that would be unfair. What is FAIR is for everyone to contribute 100.0% to the Company.
Just take the short term 'hit' and not take an immediate SUB. What is the 'window' for doing a MU down the road . . don't remember . .90 days.
Maybe you will have a contract by then and you can do the MU at the (hopefully increased) new pay rate. . the idea is to park jets NOW . .and make them reconsider their bad faith at the table.
