Need to complete a FORM for the 1:30, which only one crewmember needs to complete for the entire crew. Be specific with the original pairing and the revision information.
For example, someone pulled from a trip due to potential duty issues/weather put in disruption pay (hub turn to o&b) and was told that he was never on the original trip. Since they change the pairing number now with an XTRA ####, that person was never on the "current hub turn" according to crew scheduling. If you have the original pairing printed out, keep it, just in case you need to back up your request for pay.
As for the lay-over formula, the contract states >50%, not
>50%, so, two overnights changed to one will not provide disruption pay.
Going back to MEM early does not count as disruption pay, i.e., three day pairing revised to two day pairing. First hand experience that it does not pay
