If you suspect they fired you because of your reserve duties, please contact the ESGR folks for some advice. Right to work does NOT give them the right to fire reservists unless they can show that their reasons were not due to your military duty. While they might be able to fire a civilian without any justification, in your case they will have to show good reason or the default assumption will be that you were fired because of your service. You might have some money coming your way.
Thanks Rick, I never thought about that. But you are right. Because I ant think of any other reason. I have no bad perfomance write ups and I know of no complaints against me, so you are right. The assumption is becaue of the Reserve duty. In fact, that was a concern of theirs when I told them I had to be gone for two days for a conference.
