Lance, the formula (since I've been here) is 5 warm bodies (per seat) per aircraft. They announced that it would be 3 aircraft to start and up to 6 later on. The bid came out with 15 capts/ 15 c/p, so the old formula still holds true.

I've heard that in Jan we might see the first 700 but that's just rumor.
