Dedeita, my thoughts exactly. Although I know EK is a good airline (despite what is said on Pprune) I'm very concerned by the cost of living in DXB. I dont know what to expect from the currency protection plan they have nor do I know how it works. I have an EU passport and my country's currency is the Euro. If anyone can shed some light on that subject it would be much appreciated.
