Thanks. No, i waa fired before I posted. i just didnt include it in the original post because I think it was anyones business but decided to later. Secondly I had only been withthem for a month and a half. never had a wrte up for bad performance. never had a complaint against me.

You are correct that I am probably the first pilot reservist they have had to deal with. it is a small company. Delta has abotu 10,000 pilots, soif 2,000 are reservist and have to leave for a long period of time its a issue. we have 11 pilots so if I leave for a few days it makes a big deal.

Again, its not the one weekend a month thats the issue. its all the other stuff. i am a Company Commander. In addition to the regular drill weekends. I have to attend a training meeting the thursday before drill. I had to go to a planning confeence last month and I have another one for two days next month. I told them all this and I guess they decided they didnt want to deal wih it.
