Just wondering, do you actually trust our management team? These guys are not listening to our pilots. The pcrb came out and what happened? I have lost faith and now we need a voice to represent us. How can we go down the same path for years now and keep getting the same poor results. Sorry, but we need a union.
Here's a question I posed to a labor lawyer that is something to ponder. Since we are not union now how can we have a seniority system in place that the company has to honor? They don't have to honor anything. We act like a union when it comes to bidding, seniority and pay but we have no representation right? After 5 years of employment what protects us from the company letting the top paid pilots go or any of us for that matter? Face it, we are extremely vulnerable and management is trying to scare the sheeples into not voting a union in place.
What happens when this management team gets replaced by a management team that tries to stick it to us? By then its too late, we have nothing. We all have a vote, but I have seen enough and its an easy decision for me after listening to management.
