I heard Dave or Russ, can't remember, say basically if we had a union then lawyers get involved and we can't talk on a personal level. What? We need lawyers, we need things to written down so we can go back and say "hey you guys said this and now your doing this." Its called recourse, its called having good business sense.

These guys also said they believed our individual contracts were better than a union. No kidding. We all know strength comes in numbers and 2000 pilots are much easier to deal with as individuals. Is it me or is this too obvious to see?

The other kicker for me was having heard senior pilots saying we needed to furlough. Who in their right mind would sell their own down the river? Thank you sir, can I have another.
