We had a pcrb report that compared us to the industry and without giving you all the details, it basically summed up why we have this union drive going. We are below average in all seats in pay and benefits. I don't have the exact numbers but when I read the pcrb I had a few episodes of vomitting into my mouth, so I couldn't digest the whole thing at once.

Yes hours above 70 are compensated at 150% but I dont think the flying is there for a lot of pickups right now. I guess it depends on which seat your in and base.
