Actually, those jets were all RAF, as far as I could tell: they have the square-topped vertical fin.
There is an EW range in Scotland (Spadeadam; I think that is where they did the low-passes with the buildings as a back-drop), and some of that looks like Loch Ness. Overall, most of it appears to be shot in Scotland in what the RAF calls "Moon-Country." I asked--"Because it has the same population density as the moon, and even if you pi$$ someone off for low-flying and noise, it will take them a week to find a telephone to complain to the MOD."
What could be better than watching Rhinos (trademark!) flying low and fast, with Joe Satriani for a soundtrack?
