Actually, those jets were all RAF, as far as I could tell: they have the square-topped vertical fin.
There is an EW range in Scotland (Spadeadam; I think that is where they did the low-passes with the buildings as a back-drop), and some of that looks like Loch Ness. Overall, most of it appears to be shot in Scotland in what the RAF calls "Moon-Country." I asked--"Because it has the same population density as the moon, and even if you pi$$ someone off for low-flying and noise, it will take them a week to find a telephone to complain to the MOD."
What could be better than watching Rhinos (trademark!) flying low and fast, with Joe Satriani for a soundtrack?

Those at the start of the video I thought might have been Dutch and I thought I saw what looked like the German markings on one of the echelon shots - but I don't know enough about them to talk about squared off vertical fins so I'll default to you!
I've heard of that area in Scotland from our Jag and Tornado exchange pilots. Even near Death Valley I don't get to go THAT low
