Offline jumpseaters can check in for a jumpseat at the Edgewood guard shack. The guards at Edgewood have CASS access and will issue a temporary UPS ID. From Edgewood, the offline jumpseater must be escorted to the jumpseat desk. Usually not a problem since there are UPS pilots going to the ASC anyway.

However, if you hail a cab at the passenger terminal, I don't think they will know the term Edgewood Parking Lot. Ask the cabbie to take you to the UPS guard shack. There are two. Edgewood is one of them. Even if you end up at the one that the rampers use (the one that is not Edgewood) you can still get to the ASC from there.

When hailing a cab at SDF, fluent Hebrew is helpful.
