Go to mapquest and plug in 825 Lotus Ave, Louisville, KY 40213 and you will see the address for the Global Operations Center (GOC). Just across the street from the red star on the mapquest is the "Edgewood" Building. Enter the building from the back towards the parking lot. Takes about 12-15 minutes since it is a bit of a weave around the airport and interstate. You will see the UPS planes across the interstate when you get to the parking lot security building. UPS van will take you on a 8-10 minute ride to the UPS Air Service Center (ASC) which is where you will get the JS paperwork inside its bowels. Just ask, someone will help you get to the JS desk (drop off from the van, follow the crews inside a badge protected door and go down the hallway (50 feet) and turn right (when you get to the next badge protected door) and walk down another narrow hallway for another 70 feet, JS desk on your left. After you have the pass, ask how to figure out where your flight is parked (screens on the walls, but worse than reading stock quotes <ng>. Says Zulu departure, Capt name, flight number and ramp number.
Where you get dropped off is where you will catch another van ride to the plane. Our ramps are labeled by #'s. i.e. Ramp 1, Ramp 2, etc. Look overhead, will see the numbers over the vans. Get on the van, tell driver your city and flight number and they will take you to the plane.
Have a cafeteria to grab something to eat right behind one of the badge protected doors and at the least vending machines if closed.
P.S. Someone likes badge protected doors or UPS got a bargain on 'em since they are now all over the place.
