...but furlough is in play...the lines built do not have to be 48/60 to furlough just the floor...in fact the day after furlough they could raise the lines back up...nothing in the contract about that...
That's not what the MEC's (WR and DM specifically) position is. They say the lines have to go ALL the way to the floor before anyone hits the street. Take it with a grain of salt, I am sure the company has a different story.
