I'm not sure where she is now, but I am very sorry that she is not with NJA anymore. Every pilot I know thinks she did an outstanding job and appreciated her great attitude and the way she treated people. The new "Talent Acquisition Team" is a freakin disgrace and has been an embarrassment to the pilots here. We all understand that we need to hire people with good customer service skills, but the new system treats the applicants quite impersonally and unprofessionally (the opposite of the exact skills they are trying to hire). It's still a great place to work and I wish you all good luck getting on, but I apologize now for the way you will be treated by those in charge of hiring.
