Don't bid it until the Union (read:US) has settled on a payrate. If you do, you undermine the Union (again, US) and take away leverage that we might have. I'd like to think it doesn't even exist until there is a payrate in place. However, tomorrow will show that there are at least 250 inDUHviduals that don't agree with me. They get what they get....
