It may be considerably more on the NW side, depending on the outcome of the trip hour credit grievance. It's set for accelerated arbitration, so it will probably be settled just as they're working the numbers for the summer ramp-up.
If the company fails to hedge their bets on the outcome, they could be really behind the 8 ball if it doesn't go their way. There's practically no chance that SOC will have already happened, so they would need SOME kind of hiring for the NW side, for which they are probably unprepared. The logistics of the hiring process in the airline's current state would probably give flight ops a migrane.
