Five Steps to happy HOA living:
1. Read the by laws of HOA with a magnifying glass
2. Go to meetings and see what/who is there (nobody attends)
3. Run for board member
4. Vote yourself president or architectural commitee chair after you are elected
5. Systematically replace the troublemakers with your like minded friends
