In the Corp./charter world, you had better be ready to do good PR, and be as open as you can. Diplomatically handle things you do not want to fully disclose to avoid further doubt. (i.e. in a Baron..."will this thing always fly on one engine no matter what")

You may cost the company a customer, or the customer may request another pilot from your company.
